Expand the Tax Base

Renters and condo owners provide more tax dollars in revenue than they take in services. The more renters we have the more services we can provide without increasing taxes

Stabilize the Tax Base

Residential tax revenue is only slightly higher than business tax revenue. The more residents we can welcome to Arlington, the stronger we will be because our budget will be more able to handle economic headwinds.

Economic Growth

Increased adult education offerings, both at Universities and at APS. Expedited permitting and "small-business navigators" to help entrepreneurs build their companies and deal with regulations.
